Angelo A. DeCaro
Principal

My primary focus is management coaching and business process improvements. I assist companies with business process improvements, lean manufacturing initiatives, supply chain, and inventory management. Much of the focus in these areas is in simplification, organization and key process indicators. These activities are applicable in manufacturing and indirect business processes. A primary part of my activity has been asset liquidation and bankruptcy trustee responsibilities.

Rick McNamee
Principal

I am focused on leadership training/facilitation, team building, and interim executive assignments. I have experience in technology, storage, transportation, and hospitality. With over 10 years public board experience, I have a core competence in governance. Leading committees that designed peer review surveys and a member selection process focused on refreshment and diversity, this drove a top score from ISS and high shareholder satisfaction. I have designed and facilitated over 100 leadership retreats and served in 4 interim executive roles.

Julianne Campolieto

I spent 8 years working at Marriott International in sales and events, selling meeting space at hotel brands from the Courtyard to the JW Marriott. Following Marriott I was an independent consultant in both evaluation and training hospitality sales managers. I am currently the office administrator for a dental practice in Asheville, NC.
